The Intelligence Trail cannot accept any liability for any accident, injury, or fatality which may or may not be incurred during the walk. Walkers are urged to exercise common sense and awareness of their surroundings at all times, especially when crossing busy streets etcetera.
Payment to be made in UK Pounds Sterling only (please bring exact amounts if possible - this makes things quicker and easier for everyone). Credit cards or cheques are not accepted.
Walks will be conducted in dry and wet weather, provided there is minimal risk of injury. Should thunder/lightning storms occur, appropriate shelter will be taken. In the event of sustained weather conditions that pose a risk to safety, the Guide reserves the right to wait until conditions are over and resume the walk (either fully or shortened) or to end the tour. Wherever possible however, resuming the walk remains top priority. Guide's decision is final. No refunds will be given.
